Who owns the automations after launch?+
You do — every time. We build on your n8n instance (self-hosted or cloud), using your API keys, under your roof. If you fire us tomorrow, everything keeps running.
Do I need a technical team to maintain this?+
No. That's the whole point. Every build ships with Loom walk-throughs, a one-pager runbook, and 30 days of included tuning. Most clients never touch it again.
What if the automation breaks?+
Every workflow has error handlers built in. If something fails, you get a Slack ping and the workflow retries. We can also monitor it for you on retainer.
Is my data safe?+
Your credentials live in your n8n, not ours. We sign an NDA on day one and can work inside a temporary admin account that you revoke at handoff.
Can you work with our old / weird software?+
Probably yes. If it has an API, a webhook, or a login page — we have a way in. Custom builds exist for exactly this.
